mobile phones, web-site set-up and maintenance, and many more topics.
Discuss the taxation for real estate agents who have other ventures such as employment, other businesses,
and investment.
Discuss the benefits of incorporation for real estate agents vs. running your business as a sole proprietorship
(to incorporate, you will have to operate as a brokerage)
Review common structures for real estate investing such as holding rental properties through a corporation,
non-resident ownership tax requirements, considerations for real estate renovators, and the taxes to be paid on
the sale of real estate investments.
Discuss filing obligations for HST returns and tax returns -
> how often you need to file and penalties/fines you face if you don't meet timelines
Discuss electronic tools that will help with tracking your vehicle mileage, storing electronic copies of receipts,
