1. When are we moving to New system
August 12, 2020 is the anticipated date when we will be migrating to the new ITSO system. However, due to the complex nature of the move, the date is proposed although providers, Corelogic, Clariety, Teranet, etc., will make every effort to ensure that the move takes place on or around the proposed date.
2. how many boards will be included.
Once the system has migrated over to ITSO, MREB members would get full access to 22 Boards covering 80% of the province. For a full list of the 22 Boards, please click here.
3. Do we still have to go to IntraMatrix.
Yes, but IntraMatrix would now include the Ottawa Real Estate Board and the Sudbury Real Estate Board
4. Do we still need to do Interboarding with them?
Interboarding is no longer required with the 22 Boards since ORTIS & OC have now merged completely and working as one entity. However, you would be required to Interboard with the Ottawa Real Estate Board and the Sudbury Real Estate Board if you have a listing in their respective regions.
5. Are we getting Ottawa board?
Yes, Ottawa Real Estate Board’s full data, including solds, pending, etc., would be available to our members.
6. Are they going to move my Auto emails and Saved Searches?
Yes, Corelogic will be moving all Auto Emails, Saved Searches, Contact Lists, etc., over to the new system.
7. How many boards will be able to see my lisitngs?
Your listings can be viewed by 22 Boards covering 80% of the province or an additional 14,000 Realtors® across the province. Please click here for a full list of the 22 Boards.
8. Is there any training video I can watch?
Yes, Training videos are available on the MLS® system and on our website.
9. Do we will get the HPI tool?
Yes, HPI will be made available, once we go live with the new system. It may takes a few weeks for integration but HPI will be made available to all MREB members
10. Do we have to pay for Authentisign?
We are pleased to inform you that the full version of Authentisign is currently enabled for all members to take advantage of. This means members can upload their own document set outside of a WEBForms® for signing purposes. There is no need for members to subscribe directly to Authentisign – they receive the full suite of services a part of the value proposition provided by MREB.
11. Is there any help line and what are the timings?
MREB has its own MLS® department with knowledgeable staff to assist from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. Additionally, the MLS® helpdesk, Answerlink is also available to members from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday thru Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday.
12. Will Homes HQ be available with the new system
No, Homes HQ is being replaced with a much more robust system, Prospects Mobile launched on Monday, August 10th. Members can download the app and use the same MLS credentials as before. There is no extra charge for this service and will be available to all MREB members
